This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of the Services. It applies to Crash BASIC Arcade and any online features of Crash BASIC.
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services (DDoS, flooding, resource abuse)
- Upload malware, spyware, or harmful code
- Use automation to scrape, mass-download, or harvest data without permission
- Bypass paywalls, access controls, or content restrictions
- Abuse reporting/moderation systems
- Engage in scams, phishing, or deceptive practices
- Violate laws or regulations
Enforcement
We may throttle, suspend, terminate, or restrict accounts and content that violate this AUP.
