1) How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

We may remove or restrict access to content and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

2) Counter-Notice (If Your Content Was Removed)

If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] with:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  2. Identification of the removed content and where it appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or if outside the US, a district where we may be found) and that you will accept service from the original complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

3) Repeat Infringers

We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
