Refund & Cancellation Policy (Crash BASIC Arcade)

This policy explains cancellations, renewals, and refunds for Crash BASIC Arcade subscriptions.

Crash BASIC Arcade is operated by Crash Continuum LLC ("Crash BASIC," "we," "us," "our"), and all subscriptions are billed by or on behalf of Crash Continuum LLC. Charges are processed by our third-party payment processor and may appear on your statement under Crash Continuum LLC or the processor's descriptor. This policy supplements the Crash BASIC Terms & Conditions; if this policy and the Terms conflict, the Terms control.

1) Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription from your account settings (where available) or by contacting support at [email protected].

After cancellation:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • At the end of the billing period, your account may revert to the Free tier (and storage limits may apply).

Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund of amounts already charged (see Section 2).

2) Refunds

Unless required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable.

We may consider refunds in limited cases such as:

  • Verified duplicate charges
  • Billing errors
  • Fraudulent transactions (subject to review)

To request review, contact [email protected] with your account email and relevant billing details. Approved refunds are issued by Crash Continuum LLC to the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3) Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend access while we investigate and respond. We encourage you to contact support before disputing a charge — most billing issues can be resolved directly.

4) Plan Changes

If you upgrade or downgrade, the effect on billing and feature access will be shown at checkout or in your account UI.
